In simple terms: We don't collect your name, email, address, or any personal information. We don't know who you are.
What we do collect (anonymously):
- Device ID (Advertising ID) – A random ID from your phone that ad networks use to show relevant ads
- Lifetime Coins Earned – Total coins you have earned over your entire playtime (used for leaderboard rankings)
- Game Stats – Total games played, perfect levels, current streak, longest streak, achievements
- Country – If you choose to set it, for country‑specific leaderboards
- Player Name – Only what you choose to call yourself (like “BRAIN_MASTER” or “FOOTBALL_MASTER”)
- Profile Picture – If you upload one (stored as Base64 on your device and in Firestore for leaderboard display)
All this data is anonymous. It cannot be traced back to you as an individual.
3 How We Use Your Information
- 🆔 To Create Your Anonymous Account – Firebase Authentication creates a unique ID to identify you in leaderboards
- 🏆 To Display Leaderboards – Global, weekly, monthly, and country rankings based on lifetime coins earned (spending coins or coins purchases are considered on your rank)
- 👤 To Show Player Profiles – Your chosen name, country, profile picture, title, and stats are visible to other players on leaderboards
- 📸 To Store Profile Pictures – If you upload a profile picture, it is stored locally and synced to Firebase so other players can see it
- 💾 To Save Game Progress – Levels completed, stars earned, and achievements are stored locally
- 💰 To Track Virtual Economy – Current coin balance (local) and lifetime earnings (Firebase) are maintained
- 📊 For Analytics – Firebase Analytics helps us understand how users interact with the Games
- 📺 To Serve Advertisements – Ad networks use device data to show relevant ads and enable rewarded videos
- 🔧 To Improve the Games – Crash reports from Firebase Crashlytics help us fix bugs
4 Third-Party Services

6 Virtual Economy (Coins & Lives)

- Coins and lives are virtual items with no real-world value
- They cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services
- All coin transactions are tracked locally and synced to Firebase for leaderboard rankings
- Purchased coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items at any time
How Coins Are Tracked:
- Current Balance: Stored locally, shown in‑game, used for spending – this is your wallet
- Lifetime Earnings: Synced to Firebase, used for leaderboard rankings – this never decreases, even if you spend coins
- Coin Sources: Correct answers , perfect level bonus , daily challenge , share rewards , daily login , achievements

8 Children's Privacy
👶 Important: The Games are suitable for users of all ages and contain educational quiz content. However:

- The Games use anonymous authentication only – no email or personal identifiers
- Children should use the Games with parental supervision

📸 Profile Picture Moderation
If you see an inappropriate profile picture, you can report it by emailing contactjoshtech@gmail.com with the player’s name. We will review and remove any violating content.
In compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not request or store personal information from children. All gameplay data is anonymous.
8A Age Requirements

- The Games are intended for users aged 13 and above.
- If you are under 13, you must not use these Games without parental consent and supervision.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the Games.

- Opt Out of Ads: Device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of personalized ads
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the Games removes all local data; Firebase data will be cleared after 120 days of inactivity
10 International Data Transfers
The Games are hosted and operated using Firebase services (Google Cloud) with servers located in the United States (nam5). If you use the Games from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
By using the Games, you consent to this transfer of your data to the United States. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected according to this Privacy Policy.
