1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any game developed by JoshTechApps, including Brain Teaser Game and Football Quiz Game (collectively, “the Games”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Games.
📌 Key Point: Your use of the Games constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use means you accept the updated terms.
2 License to Use
JoshTechApps grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.
⚠️ You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Games
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Sell, rent, or sublicense the Games
- Use the Games for commercial purposes
- Remove any copyright notices
3 User Accounts & Authentication
The Games use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create a unique identifier for your gameplay experience. This allows us to:
- Save your game progress locally
- Track your leaderboard rankings (based on lifetime coins earned)
- Maintain your achievements and statistics
- Display your profile information (player name, country, profile picture, title) to other players on leaderboards
🔐 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Your anonymous account cannot be recovered if you uninstall the Games or clear app data. We recommend not sharing your device with others while using the Games.
4 Virtual Items & Currency
🪙 Coins System
Coins are virtual currency used within the Games to enhance your gameplay experience. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.
How to Earn Coins:
- Correct Answers: +2 coins per correct answer (paid at level completion)
- Perfect Level (5/5 correct): +5 bonus coins
- Daily Challenge: 10 coins (can be doubled to 20 by watching an advertisement)
- Daily Login Bonus: 10 coins each day
- Share App: 3 coins per share (up to 3 times daily)
- Achievements: 5–200 coins when you unlock and claim them
- Ad Rewards (Shop): Various coin rewards
- Flash Sale Offers: Special limited‑time deals (e.g., 100 coins + 5 lives for 50 coins)
How Coins Are Used:
- Hints: 5 coins to reveal a hint
- Skip Question: 5 coins to skip a question
- Time Extension: 5 coins to add 30 seconds on timeout
- Lives Packs: Purchase additional lives in the Shop (e.g., 5 lives for 75 coins)
- Level Retry: 10 coins to restart a level after failing
❤️ Lives System
Lives are required to play levels. Each incorrect answer costs 1 life. Lives regenerate at a rate of 1 life every 30 minutes. You can also purchase lives in the Shop using coins.
💰 Important: Coins awarding depends on any of our games you choose to play due to updates so they may differ slightly from the main ones listed above. Virtual items have no real-world value and are non-refundable. All purchases are final. Coins and lives cannot be transferred between accounts.
5 Shopping & In‑App Purchases
The Games offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
- Coin Packs: You can purchase additional coins. Coins are added to your account immediately after successful payment.
- Ad‑Free Subscriptions: Subscriptions remove all advertisements for a fixed period (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. For issues, please contact us.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.
- Pricing: Prices are displayed in your local currency and may change over time. Any price changes will not affect current subscriptions.
⚠️ Important: When you purchase a subscription, the payment will be charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of a subscription period.
6 User Conduct & Fair Play
You agree to use the Games responsibly and ethically. Prohibited activities include:
- Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
- Using bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party software
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards
- Attempting to reverse engineer the Games
- Impersonating other players or JoshTechApps staff
- Harassing other players or posting inappropriate content
- Manipulating device date/time settings to cheat daily rewards
- Uploading profile pictures that contain nudity, violence, or offensive imagery
⚖️ Consequences: Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent banning from leaderboards, resetting of progress, or termination of access to the Games.
7 Leaderboards & Rankings
The Games feature global, weekly, monthly, and country‑specific leaderboards. Compete with players from around the world!
🏆 How Rankings Are Determined
Players are ranked by Lifetime Coins Earned – the total number of coins you have ever earned during your entire playtime. Spending coins or making purchases does not reduce your lifetime earnings; it only affects your current balance.
Your current coin balance (what you have in your wallet) is not used for ranking; only the total coins you have earned over time.
📊 Visible Stats on Leaderboards
- Rank – your position based on lifetime coins earned
- Player Name – as chosen in your profile
- Country – your selected country (visible to others)
- Profile Picture – your avatar (visible to others)
- Player Title – earned title (e.g., FOOTBALL LEGEND, MASTER TACTICIAN)
- Total Games Played – number of levels completed
- Perfect Levels – levels where you answered all 5 questions correctly
🏆 Fair Play: Rankings are based on lifetime earnings, not current balance. This ensures proper global ranking. We reserve the right to remove players who manipulate rankings through unfair means.
8 User‑Generated Content (Profile Pictures)
You may upload a profile picture that will be visible to other players on leaderboards and in player profiles. By uploading a picture, you agree that:
- You own or have the right to use the image.
- The image does not contain nudity, violence, offensive imagery, copyrighted material, or anything illegal.
- JoshTechApps reserves the right to remove any profile picture that violates these rules, without prior notice.
- If you see an inappropriate profile picture, you can report it by emailing contactjoshtech@gmail.com with the player’s name and a description.
⚠️ Reporting Inappropriate Content: If you encounter a profile picture that violates these rules, please report it immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the picture and/or banning the user from leaderboards.
9 Advertisements
The Games display advertisements from third-party ad networks to support free gameplay. You may choose to watch advertisements to earn in-game rewards, or you may purchase an ad-free subscription to remove all advertisements.
📢 Ad Personalization: Advertisements may be personalized based on your device information and preferences. You can manage ad personalization settings in your device settings (Google Settings → Ads).
10 Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the Games, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sound effects, music, questions, answers, game logic, Lottie animations, code, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of JoshTechApps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

11 Copyright Complaints
JoshTechApps respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content in the Games infringes upon your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

- Description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Location of the infringing material in the Game
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate

12 Age Requirements
👶 Important Age Information:
- The Games are intended for users aged 13 and above.
- If you are under 13, you must not use these Games without parental consent and supervision.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the Games.
By using the Games, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or if you are under 13, that you have obtained parental consent to use the Games.

The Games integrate with the following third-party services. Their terms and policies apply to your use:

You may stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them from your device.
15 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoshTechApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Games
- Any conduct or content of any third party
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
⚠️ The Games are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
16 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Games after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
